Alquilo dos habitaciones interiores (de preferencia a mujeres, en el piso todas las habitaciones son interiores), estoy buscando a personas serias, responsables, estables, LIMPIAS, aseadas, que tengan buen rollo, no fumadoras, personas que sepan compartir y respeten a los demas. Abstenerse gotic@s.
La habitación pequeña tiene 12 m2, un armario , un escritorio, cama. La habitacion grande tiene 24 m2, un armario, dos escritorios, cama. En el piso solo viviran 3 personas, por lo momentos estoy solo.
El piso tiene un salón-comedor grande, un baño, cocina, horno, lavadora, TV, dvd, balcon, ascensor.
El piso esta bien comunicado a 10 min. del metro de Entença, Sants estació (RENFE) y plaça del centre, tenemos las paradas de autobuses 54, 66, 30, 43, 78, 27, 32, 15, N3. Carrefour, caprabo, lidl, etc. A 10 min. de l’illa y el tram. Bicing cerca.
El precio mensual de la pequeña es 250€ y de la grande 350€ el alquiler de la habitación + 50€ de gastos (luz, gas, agua y señora de la limpieza (2 veces al mes)). Se pide un mes de fianza.

I rent two interior room (girl preferably, all the rooms in the apartment are interior), I’m looking for a person serious, responsible, stable, CLEAN, neat, reliable, with good vibes, easygoing, non smoker; a person who knows how to share and respect others. The big room it’s available october, 1st and the other one it's available november, 1st. For a long term stay.
The Big room has 24m2, a closet, two desk, one single bed and the other one has 12m2, a closet, one desk, single bed. On the apartment will be living only 3 persons.
The apartment has a big living-dinner room, one bath, kitchen, washing machine, oven, tv, dvd, balcony, elevator.
The apartment has good communication, 10min. walking to the subway Entença, Sants estació (RENFE) and plaça del centre, bus stops 54, 66, 30, 43, 78, 27, 32, 15, N3. Carrefour, caprabo, lidl, etc. 10 min. walking to l’illa and Tram. We got bicing close.
The monthly rent of the big room is 350€ and the other room is 250€ + 50€ of expenses (electricity, gas, water and cleaning lady that comes twice per month). One month guarantee is requested.
